The Congregation Care Committee helps build community among our members, promoting Christian growth by fostering personal relationships, nurturing devotional life, and providing a system of support, as we accompany one another through life’s joys and challenges.
The Congregation Care Committee volunteers to assist our members in these ways:
Luther Memorial’s Mutual Ministry Committee affirms, strengthens and supports the pastor and staff of our congregation. This team may be called upon to confidentially listen and clarify staff member concerns or help resolve conflicts, at the request of any staff person or congregation member. In an atmosphere of trust and empathy, the Mutual Ministry volunteers seek to advocate for the pastor and staff for the good of our faith community. Team members also lift up the pastor and staff in prayer.
